Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

We offer the following shipping options within the UK:

Free standard UK shipping is available on orders over £100.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your delivery status in real-time.
Delays & Issues
While we aim to deliver on time, shipping delays may occur due to:

- High volume during holiday seasons

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or appears lost in transit:

- We may ask for photos of the packaging and product for damage claims.
- We’ll work with you to replace or refund the item as appropriate.
