Horizon Bait Boats: Built by Anglers, for Anglers
Horizon Bait Boats is a small, family-run business created by carp anglers, for carp anglers - built around a genuine passion for fishing and a desire to make high-performing bait boat technology more accessible.
Founded by Ryan, a multi-species angler with years of experience fishing across the UK and Europe, Horizon Bait Boats was born from his mission to design a bait boat that combines GPS functionality, long battery life, and ease of use - all under £500, without compromising on quality.
After years of using and upgrading various boats, Ryan saw the need for a model that truly delivered functionality, reliability, and value.
On a fishing trip to France, Ryan used the Horizon X Bait Boat to help secure a huge trophy capture - a legendary paddlefish that hadn’t been caught since it was stocked over 18 years ago. It showed how the right tools, used effectively, can transform the outcome of a session.
Perry recently used the Horizon X to land his personal best - a 41lb Orchid A-Team zip-lin. With limited time on the bank, Perry values the boat’s straightforward design and quick operation: “It gets the job done efficiently and suits nearly every fishing situation I face.”
